Welcome to this four bedroom four bath two-story house in Victoria Park right here in Fort Lauderdale Florida I'm going to give you a tour of this magnificent house let's go inside so right when you walk in this is amazing forer that actually has an accent wall and amazing features right here when you walk in you do have these magnificent large slabs as well so it gives that luxury feel and that is throughout the entire first floor here in the home now this is a very large home so I am going to kind of take it slow but right here when you walk into to your left is going to be the garage it is a two-car garage and it does have very high ceilings um the floor is finished with that epoxy finish and then you do have all of this storage space so that way everything is well organized Once you walk through to this side you do have your laundry room which is really great so it kind of keeps everything separate you do have your large washer and dryer as well as storage space and even a sink here in case you wanted to hand wash anything continuing down this hallway we go into our first bathroom and bedroom so for this particular bathroom this is the one that guests would use if they are visiting so that way they don't have to go upstairs you do have your shower with the large gray tiles and your modern black finishes throughout that match the bathroom completely from the shower to the door to the sink and everything um they do have this amazing wallpaper surrounding the bathroom and then you do have your floating vanity right here as well now here is the first bedroom they did go ahead and put the accent um wallpaper in this one which is really nice they kind of made sure to give every single room its own character you do have your closet space here as well as the window that overlooks onto the front of the home and you even have the pocket here for these large curtains to drape down and then this is where they actually have the flat screen TV hanging so let me take you to the living area with a kitchen and dining and where everybody likes to kind of hang out so this is your open kitchen you do have these flush amazing glossy cabinets your uh five Pro burner for propane which is rare a lot of homes here in Florida actually have electrical so having propane is really amazing especially if you like to cook um you do have your appliances here as well as down here is your dishwasher and then your sink so that way when you are doing dishes you're kind of overlooking everyone rather than having your back to them um they do have these amazing pendants because this is a very large island um as you can see there are five bar stools right here and what I really appreciate is I even put a window here so that we have natural light still coming in to this space right here they do have the large circular dining room table that way you can all gather around when you're having you know entertaining again family and friends and they have this amazing chandelier very modern for this particular home right over the dining room table right here is going to be more of your coffee station wet bar you actually even have a little mini fridge right here is so maybe if you want to just hang out watch a movie spend some quality time this is the place where you can do that you have great views of the pool everywhere you are down here on this first floor now this is of course the dining the kitchen the dining the tv room area this is a little bit more of your formal space now let's go check out the pool so this is really what everybody loves about Florida the outdoor space and they couldn't have done it any better they do have this amazing tile very low maintenance they have the artificial turf completely around they even have the pordacopus plants they're the hedges here um they grow in really thick so great for privacy this pool it is heated it is a saltwater pool and they even have the hot tub portion there now you can hang out here this is more of your outdoor kitchen and dining space as you can see there are electrical shades that come down it's not necessarily to keep the mosquitoes away but it's just more to give you some shade from that sun in case it were beaming this amazing outdoor grill is right here you even have a ice maker and even a um a sink and if you wanted to sear any kind of staks they also have a fan up here um the they did a really great job with the wood above and they have the fan so that way you have a constant Breeze and before I forget something that the owner did mention to me is that the builder actually built this up high so this is not in a flood zone normally now with homes being built they require homes to be built up because of the rising sea levels so for insurance purposes it is going to be less expensive owning this home because you don't have to worry about the flood portion now let me go ahead and take you upstairs to show you the rest of the home so right when you come up to the top floor you do have these porcelain floors throughout this particular space they did go ahead and put a dresser so this is really great in case you know just for extra storage space now I already showed you the bedroom downstairs so this is considered the second bedroom one of the three on this floor right when you walk in to your right is going to be your first bathroom this is a on Suite bathroom what's really great is this one has like three different tiles from your brown light tone to your dark um gray tile here and then you have the small rectangular tiles as well you still have the waterfall hardware the shower head there as well as your floating vanity sink and then these large mirrors and you do also have a window for a lot of natural light coming this way this is a really good siiz bedroom just kind of eyeballing it it's probably about 12ft by 11 ft so very spacious this particular window is overlooking the front of the home and you even have this electrical curtain that goes up and down again as I mentioned every bedroom has like character so they did go ahead and put this wallpaper here so straight across the hallway from this bedroom is going to be your third bedroom or second bedroom on this floor this happens to be a very oversized bedroom you can of course clearly see there are our two beds here and they did go ahead and put this amazing wallpaper a different tone it kind of looks like one of the bathrooms I showed you what's really cool about this one is it does have its own private balcony overlooking the front of the home but it's a really nice space in case you just want to be outdoors without having to go downstairs this one also does have the electrical blinds um which is really nice and then here is the bathroom so in this bathroom you do have um again you know different tile very large um this one happens to be on uh from this wall that wraps around and then the wallpaper but they do have the large waterfall showerheads as well still the glass and the black hardware and then this one does have the window here it is very high for privacy and again this is the second story so that's really nice no one can really see you anyways you do have the quartz countertops here and then you have these very flush cabinets um similar to kind of the kitchen where everything's glossy finished modern feel and then you have your large mirror as well now let's go ahead and check out the primary

bedroom and this is your primary bedroom this is a very oversized bedroom which is great so you definitely cannot complain about bedroom sizes in this home what's really great is they continued the modern feel so of course you see a lot of the the accent wall black tones with a little gold accent it's really great is you have your own private balcony so that way after a long day you can come out here and relax have a glass of wine cocktail and this balcony actually overlooks your own backyard and your pool now let me show you the actual bathroom so as you walk down this way you do have one closet here a walk-in closet there for privacy purposes I don't want to show personal belongings so let me show you the bathroom you walk into your grand bathroom you have double sink here with your quartz white countertops large lights and just to show you all the mirrors actually do this so depending on you know lighting you can actually change that they do have all the flush cabinets as always always I always appreciate a window in a bathroom so it I mean it really gives you just really good lighting they do have recess lighting throughout the home but it's always just really nice to have that here is your soak in bathtub with your modern finishes you do have your water closet and then last but not least this grand shower this is really luxurious Sleek tile here you have your penny tile above you you you actually have the waterfall shower here you even have your remote to control the shower when you're in here and you have your bench it's a very large bathroom now if you want to buy this home give me a call directly and if you want to look at some more homes for sale go ahead and click here and if you don't want to miss out on anything else make sure to subscribe see you guys later
