I Just Hung Up With Daniel and...

I just got off the phone with a client who recently bought their home and man, their story was so inspirational, I thought I should share and I'm hoping that it inspires someone. 

I was hosting one of my open houses in Pompano Beach, and a lovely couple came in to look at the home on behalf of their friends, who wanted to move down from the D.C. area. After getting to know each other for a bit, they connected me with their friends who wanted to move down to South Florida. 

They informed me they had always wanted to retire here and live on the water. Their children were both in college now and were ready to live the life in sunny Florida. 

Fast forward a few weeks, a few that looked like great options online, and when we got there they were awful! We were patient and kept at it. We had really narrowed down the neighborhood and type of property they were looking for...so I did what I do best, reach out to homeowners directly who are not on the market.

And little did you know...I met a homeowner who said he was planning on selling in the future. I had the buyers tour the off market property and we got it under contract! No one else knew it was for sale...at least not the public. We found the one!!! I knew it was the one, when the husband sat down on the living room couch and said "this reminds me of our house up north." He felt at home!

Their new home wasn't just a house, it was a dream come true! They're now living their best lives on the water, and they couldn't stop raving abut how I helped them find a home off market. Now their children come to visit them from college during their breaks.

And that, my friend is the biggest WIN we could achieve in this business, making dreams come true!
